	Distiller notes: The Macallan Sherry Oak is exclusively matured in selected Sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain. This satisfyingly complex Single Malt, matured at The Macallan distillery for a minimum of 10 years is characterised by its rich colour, aroma and flavour with hints of dried fruits, spice and chocolate orange. Colour: Pale Gold. Nose: A hint of sweet toffee balanced with dried fruits and sherry. Palate: Smooth, with dried fruits, sherry sweetness and wood smoke. Finish: Dried fruits, with sweet toffee and a hint of wood spice.
	Michael Jackson notes: Colour Amber. Nose Sherry and buttery, honeyish, malt character. Lots of roundness and depth, even at this young age. Body Full, without being syrupy. Palate Lots of sherry, without being rich. Plenty of malt. Sweetish. Finish Satisfying, malty, gingery.
	The house style for the Macallan distillery is: Big-bodied, oaky, sherryish, flowery. After dinner.
